📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement underwriting strategies that align with the company’s objectives and market trends.
• Conduct risk assessments and analyze underwriting data to ensure competitive and compliant policies.
• Manage and mentor the underwriting team, providing guidance and support to achieve business goals.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as claims, actuarial, and sales, to ensure a cohesive and effective underwriting process.
• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, best practices, and technological advancements in the insurance sector.
• Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes to drive the growth and success of the underwriting department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Property & Casualty Underwriting, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of insurance regulations, underwriting principles, and risk management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Certifications such as CPCU, ARe, or similar are a plus.
