🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, particularly in the microfinance or financial services industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with microfinance products and services, including loans, savings, and insurance.
