Building Operations Officer

As a Building Operations Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth daily operations of our facilities, managing a team of maintenance staff, and implementing best practices to enhance the functionality and safety of our buildings. In this role, you will be working closely with our property management team to address any issues that may arise, ensuring that our buildings are always in top condition. You will be using various tools and software, such as SAP, BIM 360, and AutoCAD, to streamline your workflow and improve efficiency. With a minimum of 5 years of experience in building operations or a related field, you will bring valuable expertise to our team.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of our properties
- Manage a team of maintenance staff, ensuring they are trained and equipped to handle any issues
- Implement best practices to enhance the functionality and safety of our buildings
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any potential problems
- Work closely with the property management team to resolve any issues promptly
- Use various tools and software, such as SAP, BIM 360, and AutoCAD, to streamline workflows
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Provide regular reports on the condition of our buildings and any maintenance work carried out
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in building operations or a related field
- Proven track record of managing maintenance teams and ensuring the smooth operation of facilities
- Strong knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, and best practices
- Proficiency in using tools and software such as SAP, BIM 360, and AutoCAD
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Degree in Facilities Management, Building Operations, or a related field
- Certification in Building Maintenance or a related field is a plus
