📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement a strategic business development plan to expand client base and revenue.
• Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities through networking, market research, and client engagement.
• Manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing deals, using tools like Salesforce and CRM systems.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Present SHL’s design services and projects to potential clients, highlighting our unique value proposition.
• Coordinate with the design and project management teams to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality projects.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to inform business strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the architecture and design industry.
• Proven track record of successfully securing high-value clients and projects.
• Strong understanding of the architecture and design industry, including current trends and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant business development tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
