📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure and systems.
- Support engineers in troubleshooting and resolving IT issues.
- Monitor and maintain the performance of IT systems and networks.
- Assist in the development and testing of new IT solutions.
- Provide technical support to end-users and ensure their IT needs are met.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Proficiency in ITIL, COBIT, or other IT service management frameworks.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure components such as servers, networks, and storage systems.
- Experience with IT support tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
