📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and beverage specialties, including espresso, latte, cappuccino, and specialty drinks.
• Maintain and clean espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, greeting customers with a smile and addressing their needs promptly.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a smooth and efficient café operation.
• Stay updated on the latest coffee trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality of our beverages.
• Assist in the opening and closing of the café, including setting up the space and cleaning up after service.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista or in a similar role in the coffee industry.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods, including espresso, pour-over, and specialty drinks.
• Proficiency in using espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment.
• Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
• Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
