Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.,Ensure that the restaurant meets all health and safety regulations and standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.,Lead and mentor a team of restaurant staff, providing guidance and support.,Maintain a clean and well-organized restaurant, ensuring a pleasant dining experience for customers.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer service.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement improvements as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
