📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create detailed technical drawings and designs for construction projects.,Provide construction support to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.,Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to develop design solutions.,Review and approve construction documents to ensure compliance with industry standards.,Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to address any issues that may arise during construction.,Maintain accurate records of project progress and communicate updates to the project team.,Participate in site inspections to ensure construction activities are carried out according to the approved plans.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to improve design and construction processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in project drafting and construction support.,Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant design software.,Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with construction materials and methods.,Knowledge of Indonesian construction standards and practices is a plus.
