📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with the company's vision and goals.,Oversee the HRIS implementation, ensuring seamless integration and user adoption.,Manage and develop HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.,Provide strategic advice to senior management on HR matters, including workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.,Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth and efficient employee lifecycle.,Lead and mentor the HR team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.,Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, management, and external partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.,Proven experience in HRIS implementation and management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with HR best practices and industry trends.,Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
