This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing retail business and contribute to the success of our stores in various locations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong customer service orientation.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the store.,Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent sales and customer service skills.,Manage inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation to meet customer demand.,Promote products effectively and provide accurate product information to customers.,Collaborate with the team to create a positive and productive work environment.,Assist in store operations, including opening and closing procedures, and general maintenance.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales and management skills.,Monitor and report sales performance to ensure continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or retail management.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and contributing to revenue growth.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships.,Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail operations and inventory management.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
