📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analyses to determine the skills, knowledge, and abilities required for each position.,Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Source and screen resumes to identify potential candidates for open positions.,Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates to assess their fit for the role and company culture.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide input on candidate selection.,Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
