In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical operations of our facility, ensuring that all equipment is functioning properly and efficiently. You will also be responsible for training and mentoring junior technicians. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the technical operations of the facility, ensuring that all equipment is functioning properly and efficiently.,Perform routine maintenance and repairs on all equipment and machinery.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and problems.,Train and mentor junior technicians, ensuring that they are up-to-date with the latest technical standards and best practices.,Develop and implement technical standards and best practices to improve the efficiency and safety of our operations.,Monitor and maintain compliance with all relevant technical regulations and standards.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that technical requirements are met and that all projects are completed on time and within budget.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Technician or in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of technical standards and best practices.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Familiarity with relevant technical software and tools.

🛠️ Keahlian

Technical expertise in mechanical and electrical systems.Experience with industrial equipment and machinery.Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.Experience with technical software and tools such as AutoCADSolidWorksor similar.
