📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Managing daily cashier operations and ensuring accurate financial transactions.
• Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints.
• Monitoring cash counts and ensuring proper handling of cash and change.
• Training and supervising junior cashiers.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Preparing and processing end-of-day reports.
• Assisting in inventory management and restocking.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a cashier or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of cash handling and financial transactions.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Good organizational and multitasking skills.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
