PT Hasta Harapan is seeking a dedicated Junior QC Inspector to join our quality control team in Belawan, Sumatera Utara. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting quality control inspections on incoming and outgoing products,Identifying and reporting defects or non-conformities to the quality control team,Assisting in the development and implementation of quality control procedures,Maintaining and updating quality control documentation and records,Collaborating with production teams to resolve quality issues,Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality standards,Ensuring compliance with quality control policies and procedures,Providing feedback and recommendations to improve product quality

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or related field,Minimum of 1 year of experience in quality control or a similar role,Knowledge of quality control standards and methodologies,Strong attention to detail and analytical skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines,Good communication and teamwork skills,Familiarity with quality control software and tools,Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
