📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and troubleshoot computer hardware and software issues,Install, configure, and update software and systems,Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT-related problems,Monitor and maintain network security and data backup systems,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies,Ensure the smooth operation of IT infrastructure and systems,Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures,Provide training and support to employees on IT-related matters

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software,Experience with network administration and security,Familiarity with IT support tools and software,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team
