📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the health center, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Manage and coordinate the work of the operations team, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the healthcare industry.,Strong knowledge of healthcare operations and management principles.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in using operational software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
