📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Perform various laboratory tests and procedures accurately and efficiently.,Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.,Prepare and maintain laboratory records and reports.,Assist in the training and supervision of new laboratory staff.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.,Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide excellent patient care.,Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.,Support the development and implementation of new laboratory protocols and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting.,Knowledge of laboratory equipment and instruments.,Understanding of laboratory safety protocols and regulations.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Proficiency in using computer software for laboratory information systems.
