📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, performance evaluations, and training records.,Coordinate employee benefits and compensation, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.,Facilitate employee training and development programs, including orientation, onboarding, and ongoing skill-building initiatives.,Handle employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Support the HR team in data analysis and reporting, providing insights to inform HR decision-making.,Assist in the planning and execution of HR-related events, such as team-building activities and company celebrations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR generalist roles, preferably in the tourism and hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with employees at all levels.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.,Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Microsoft Excel or Tableau.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
