As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR team with various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, performance evaluations, and training records.,Coordinate with department heads to address employee concerns and resolve conflicts.,Support the HR team in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Assist in the organization of HR-related events and activities, such as team-building exercises and training sessions.,Provide administrative support to the HR department, including document preparation and filing.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Contribute to the development of HR strategies and initiatives to support the company's goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR generalist or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with HR information systems (HRIS) is a plus.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
