Royal Byte Berjaya is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to manage and maintain our fleet of vehicles. This role involves coordinating vehicle schedules, monitoring fuel consumption, and ensuring all vehicles are in optimal condition. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and a passion for efficiency and organization.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Coordinate vehicle schedules and ensure timely maintenance.,Monitor fuel consumption and manage fuel inventory.,Inspect vehicles regularly to ensure they are in good working condition.,Coordinate with drivers and mechanics to address any issues promptly.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage and maintenance.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Assist in the planning and execution of vehicle-related projects.,Provide support to the logistics team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.,Familiarity with fleet management software is a plus.
