📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, customer analysis, and strategic planning.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to drive sales and revenue growth.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve targets and exceed sales quotas.,Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.,Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and business proposals to senior management and stakeholders.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of sales efforts with overall business objectives.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of market trends, industry dynamics, and competitive landscape.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using sales tools, CRM software, and data analysis tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
