📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting various laboratory tests and analyses to ensure the quality and purity of seed products.,Maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment and instruments.,Preparing and documenting test results and reports.,Assisting in the development and implementation of new testing methods and procedures.,Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.,Participating in team meetings and contributing to the continuous improvement of laboratory processes.,Providing technical support and training to other team members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in the seed industry.,Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques and equipment.,Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Proficiency in using laboratory software and equipment.
